These notices distinguish the live Shopify clothing store from optional demonstrations and proposed programs. They apply across accounts, wallet association, membership representations, Nova Points, the storefront, and any independent-seller or digital-asset descriptions.
CURRENT OPERATING STATUS
The Sanctus Nova Shopify clothing store is live. Experimental accounts, wallet associations, membership tiers, and Nova Points exist only inside private, non-production sandboxes and are not public customer programs.
WALLET & DIGITAL ASSET NOTICE
Wallet interactions are not publicly available. Internal prototypes use testnet or mocked environments only. Sanctus Nova does not offer, sell, or mint mainnet tokens, cryptocurrencies, or investment NFTs. Prototype digital collectibles carry zero financial value, yield no passive income, and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
NOVA POINTS & REFERRAL TERMS
Nova Points are not publicly available. Inside internal demos they are non-transferable, non-monetary counters used solely to test attribution features. They carry no cash value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, and do not constitute a financial return or multi-level commission.
STOREFRONT STATUS
Physical products listed in the live collection are current Shopify offers. Product details, variants, prices, availability, payment, taxes, shipping charges, and order confirmation are handled by Shopify. Internal experimental tools are not public offers to purchase digital assets.
INDEPENDENT SELLER NOTICE
Seller / agent enrollment is closed. There is no Standard Bearer signup, agent agreement, compensation plan, commission ledger, payout, or agent dashboard in this application. Commissions are not paid on this application. Seller enrollment is closed. Sponsoring alone is not an earning path. Inventory loading is not required. Do not recruit agents against this site today. Draft compensation structures elsewhere in this application are educational concepts—not an offer to earn. Public recruitment against this application is not authorized. See the current seller opportunity status before sharing or applying.
CUSTOMER CRYPTO NOTICE
No customer cryptocurrency to buy, receive, redeem, or transfer as a production product. No token yield.
CUSTOMER NFT NOTICE
No NFT or digital collectible is publicly offered here. Internal prototypes are testnet-gated, are not investments, and have no cash value or yield. Any future digital certificate should be optional product provenance after a real purchase—not an investment product.
DIGITAL COLLECTIBLE RIGHTS
No public digital collectible claim is open. If a design launches, its claim screen must identify the applicable network, verified contract address, token standard, transfer rules, supply, metadata storage, administrative controls, and personal display license before approval. Owning a token would not by itself transfer Sanctus Nova copyrights, trademarks, commercial rights, ownership of a physical garment, or rights beyond the license shown for that design.
ORDER, REFUND & ELIGIBILITY
Shopify remains the controlling record for physical orders. The proposed claim system waits for fulfillment and the applicable return period; cancellation, refund, chargeback, suspected fraud, or an operational pause may void an unclaimed eligibility record. Any future treatment of an already-issued collectible must be stated in the launch terms and does not replace Shopify's physical-product return policy.
WALLETS, PRIVACY & RECOVERY
A future wallet connection would be optional. Public blockchains can expose wallet addresses and transaction history. Sanctus Nova will never request a seed phrase or private key. Network fees, supported jurisdictions, sanctions screening, custody responsibilities, and any lost-wallet or recovery process must be disclosed before a real signature or transaction is requested. Raw Shopify order references should not be published onchain.
TOKEN & GOVERNANCE RESEARCH
Restricted fixed-supply voting, treasury, vault, and controlled-burn contracts in the Sanctus Nova codebase are undeployed research. They are not customer loyalty points, cryptocurrency, equity, dividends, seller compensation, revenue share, a fundraising offer, or a promise of future value. A proposed retail-triggered burn would affect only an undistributed contract allocation; it would not charge the customer, change the physical order, or create earnings for a seller. No person should market, sell, distribute, or solicit investment in these contracts based on this site.
INTERNAL PILOT SANDBOX
The private member sandbox is a synthetic demonstration only. Referral attribution and Nova Points do not create commissions or payments.
Future program approval authority remains with the founding team and qualified legal counsel.
