These terms govern use of the store and each purchase. Orders, pricing, made-to-order production, returns, and ownership of the SANCTUS NOVA work remain subject to the complete terms linked below.
Orders
An order is accepted when confirmation is sent. Pricing is in US dollars; applicable tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Made to order
Pieces are made after ordering. Production and transit times are estimates described in the shipping policy.
Intellectual property
Purchasing a garment purchases that garment. It does not transfer the SANCTUS NOVA name, marks, designs, photography, or commercial reproduction rights.
Optional programs
Digital wearables, rewards, tokens, and seller compensation are not public programs and are not included with a garment unless a product page expressly says otherwise. Nothing on this site guarantees earnings, appreciation, resale value, royalties, or spiritual benefit from a purchase.
