Made, then sent.
Every piece is made to order. Most orders are made and handed to the carrier within 2 to 7 business days; transit time is additional and depends on the destination and service selected at Shopify checkout.
Rates and timing
Available destinations, shipping options, charges, and any checkout tax amounts are shown at Shopify checkout. Check the product page for production and transit estimates; production time is additional to transit.
Multiple parcels
Different garments may be produced at different facilities, so one order can arrive in more than one tracked parcel.
Tracking
A tracking email is sent as each parcel ships. Contact support if one week passes after that email with no tracking movement.
International orders
Delivery is available only to destinations offered at Shopify checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the store price and may be collected by the carrier or destination country.
