You may return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery when it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with its tags and in the condition received.
Change of mind
Contact us with the order number to begin. Return shipping is paid by the customer and the original shipping charge is not refunded. After an eligible return arrives and passes inspection, the refund is sent to the original payment method within 10 business days; banks may take additional time.
Damage or error
Contact us within 30 days with the order number and a photograph if a piece is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. An eligible replacement or refund is provided at no cost.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not processed. Return the original eligible item and place a new order for another size or color.
Cancellation
A full cancellation may be possible before production begins—typically within roughly 12 hours. Contact the store immediately.
